August 2008. AP discounts likely?

Hi everyone,

I know that WDW have offered free dining in August in the past.

We have booked a CR MK view room from 13-19 August 2008. Do they ever release AP discounts or other codes at that time? Or would free dining be instead of AP discounts?

I think I would rather an AP discount over free dining.

Can anyone tell me if Contemporary Tower Park View gets AP discounts? Or Beach Club villas?

Also, can anyone link me to the historical AP discounts that used to be on Mousesavers? It showed you past discounts for comparison but i cannot find it now.

Very, very likely! It's almost impossible to imagine that there wouldn't be a wide variety of discounts for August. There have been all kinds of discounts for August for several years. It is a pretty slow time in WDW, and they do what they can to sell out the rooms.

I'm sorry I can't help you with the historical rates. I used to know where they were, too.

Can you scroll back on these boards to April or June to see when the codes came out?
