The Halloween merchandise has begun appearing in the park. So far, I've seen displays in the Showcase Shop on Main Street and the Frontierland Mercantile. It mostly the same things I've seen on the DisneyStore.com. They have several different shirt designs, some housewares (plate, mug, towel, salt & pepper), toys, and decor. The non-limited editions pins are also out at some of the pin locations, none of the limited edition or year specific pins.
There is still a fair amount of 60th Anniversary merchandise (nothing is discounted that I've seen), but some items are running low/out. For example, they're down to only a few of the pin designs. They still a lot of the autograph books, but no pressed penny books that I saw. I also noticed that the 60th Balloons haven't been around this weekend. Most places have the same things, but the Showcase Shop on Main Street, Elias & Co. and World of Disney have the most items in one place. Some of the 60th merchandise displays are being converted to 2016 or Halloween merchandise displays.
The Mickey Balloon Popcorn buckets are still available. Many of the DL stands have two or three colors available. They're also offering them with pre-bagged caramel corn ($11). The Mine Train Popcorn Bucket is at the Frontierland popcorn cart, along with being at fruit cart in Critter Country. The 60th Castle Stein is available at Jolly Holiday, Coke Corner, and Plaza Inn. The 60th DL travel mugs is also still readily available, but I didn't see the DCA one as much. I did not see the AP bucket anywhere (yet - haven't made it to all of the popcorn stands). Award Weiner (in DCA) has the Crush Sipper and a Marvel tumbler.
There still a fair variety of Star Wars souvie containers in Tomorrowland. I saw the BB-8 Sipper (TL lemonade stand, Redd Rocketts), Chewie Head Stein (fruit cart, Galactic Grill), Tie Fighter Popcorn ($25), Han Solo Carbonite (meal at Galactic Grill), and X-wing Glow Clip (lemonade stand). The lemonade stand also had the Iron Man stein.
Pin Quest is still readily available, and I've seen a fair number of guests doing the quest.
