As a Brit, I may be relying on the rest of you to tell me who some of these celebrities actually are!

Calling Grumbo......Come Right Away......

Dear Grumbo......I may have gone and done it again!

(Sorry for nosing in on your thread, guys)

I think I've started another debate. :(

One of the Cat 1 on the westbound will be used by All Seasons Travel, they will be hosting a party for their clients one night. I hope there are zero celebraties on our cruise, that we have smmoth water, calm air, and plenty of booze, er I mean food.

I think I must be way older than a lot of you ladies, I never read Tiger Beat, I didn't have any "teen heart throbs", guess I missed out being a teenager in the late 60s and early 70s.

"What"... Lassie, Rin Tin Tin, Garfield, Odie, Babe, and swimming in the Mickey Pool...Flipper!
As to who...well I personally wouldn't mind either Johnny Depp or Orlando Bloom. But I also like Alan Rickman.
I never read Tiger Beat either but they were here every time a new one came out. The two older DDs read them faithfully and I think there might even be a few boxes in the attic with old ones in them. These are the kids who saved old TV Guides. We threw out four cartons of nothing but those. I do not know why they saved them.
Talk to you all later. Estelle

Ok, I am/was a Beatles fan. I was in love with Paul. I never saw them in person but when their first movie came out (A Hard Days Night) my sister took me to it. We sat through it twice, and the second time she allowed me to scream like all the other girls in the audience!!!

Married women have the right to be greed!

Denise W swooned and said.....
I was in love with Paul.

Then said Heck I want Pete!!!! So she ended up with the "Jazzman".

Think I'd have held out for Paul Denise hehehehe :p

Cheers,
Grumbo

After a week of reading here and there - I'm STILL trying to get caught up before I start posting (and I'm only on page 80-somthing). Figured I'd at least say Hello  to start....

Back to reading!

More importantly, how is the Disney Virgin doing?

You know, I'm NOT getting on that ship until he has proven that he knows who Belle is! :teeth:

OK - for you to not know how much I needed a laugh today...THAT was by far the best one yet!!

Knew there was a reason we liked you guys!:teeth: :wave2:

We've seen how Jazzman takes care of kids in Flounders nursery and the wildlife in his yard.

But this is just wrong !!;)

Muust be those damn Canadian cats and squirrels slipping over the border again...

So she ended up with the "Jazzman".
"ended up"?

Sheesh - I like thinking about it as walking into a Yugo dealer and driving out in a Ferrari...

Played behind Bobby Sherman once in the early 70's. Don't remember much except for one song ("Julie, Julie" was the name maybe?) that had lots of high notes. Lotsa screaming girls.

List is at 393 with a couple of additions to disneycrazzzy's group.

Jazzman- Don't forget I added on 2 more.

Got a call today from my TA. I might be moving more to midship. I have a Cat 7 and 11 across from each other and they may have found a Cat 6 across from an 11. If I do move, who'll step in to keep an eye on Grumbo?...Mark

Guess the maple syrup and hat and t-shirt for Chuck's kids paid off ;)

Cheers,
Grumbo

I was hoping that Joe would be on our cruise.

KISS ME BABIE:crazy:

Hey Andy- I found an interesting meter reader story for you:

Two gas company servicemen, a senior supervisor and a young trainee,
were out checking meters in a suburban neighborhood. They parked their
truck at the end of a block and worked their way to the other end. At
the last house an older woman was looking out her kitchen window
watching the two men as they checked her gas meter.
Finishing the meter check, the senior supervisor challenged his younger
co-worker to a foot race down the block back to the truck to prove that
an older guy could outrun a younger one.

As they came running up to the truck, they realized that the lady from
that last house was huffing and puffing right behind them. They stopped
and asked her what was wrong.

Gasping for breath, she replied, "When I see two gas men running as hard
as you two were, I figure I'd better run too!"

Andy- Here's a way to speed up your meter reading and save your knees:

Hello fellow DISers!

Looks like a new family will be joining you next summer for the repo cruise! My mom, Debbie, and I just decided that we will be going. Our first cruise was with Disney this past April 17th. It was our first cruise ever and we had a blast! We got to know Rae and Dianathus (Linda) before leaving for our cruise and were table mates with them. We re-booked onboard, but then Rae offered us an extra room she had for the 14 day, and
we couldn’t refuse! (Thanks Rae!) We are extremely excited and it looks like this group will be a ton of fun to cruise with!. (I have been watching the thread for a while)

A little bit about us...My mom works at our local university and she loves the beach!
I am 16 years old and will be celebrating my 18th birthday on the cruise. (I can eat at Palo’s woohoo!) I am finishing up my sophomore year at high school and am looking for a summer job. We both loved the cruise and are now officially addicted!

Looking foward to cruising with you all! Also, if anyone has a teen
around my age who is going on the cruise and might want to chat, please PM me for my e-mail. I would love to make a friend before the cruise!
Becky
:hyper:

Hi Becky! I've added you to the list at the beginning of the thread, and you'll be there tomorrow morning. Welcome to our 'little' group...

I've seen that story before, but it still brings a chuckle. The segway is a way to go for sure!!!

With my luck, I'd go flying over the handle bars, LOL!!!
