I haven't had much time to get to know many people for this cruise, feeling out of sort here. I thougth the meet would be a good way to get caught.

Going to check my work schedule and talk to my DH about it. I'm hoping to go.

Really glad to have you on the cruise with us Ginger! Sometimes I have time to post/chat, and other times I just do not. Still, it will be so much fun to be on the cruise with all of you! Have fun at your meet in July!

Pirate Baskets at SAMS (gift for cruise?)

I was at Sam's today and they had these Pirate "Easter" baskets marked down from $19.99 to $4.88 each. I thought these would be great to give the boys the morning we leave for our cruise. Each basket has a blue, see-through beach/tote bag, a plastic sword, a plastic hook hand, a picture frame that says #1 Pirate, a bandana, a note board, a notebook shaped like a pirate ship, a pillow with a pirate ship on it, and some candy like DIPS and Runts. The sword, bandana and hook hand will be great for "Pirate Night"

OKay maybe Im dumb but on the disney site it shows 4 stops and on other sites such as ineedavacation.com/disneycruise/LimitedEdition.html and mousetyme.com/DCLNewCruise.html they are showing a short stop on day 7 (7am till 1pm) at Puerto Quetzal. Can anyone confirm this?

Also are all our stops cabo, acapulco, curaco, and castaway docked stops?

Lynn, I completely understand the wiped out thing. Hope and her group had championships for Junior indoor guard yesterday. Today everyone was sleeping in. It something about the driving for hours and then all the prep and excitement then waiting for the scoring. Our kids left at 11AM did their thing at 3:30 but didn't get home till midnight. I'm sure it's the same with you.

As for hot water, Yesterday I went to the college did my laps and then showered, today is another story. Good thing we have lots of paper plates and cups. As for bathing

Have to pass on the full time job. NJ is just a little too much of a commute I have listed myself with Johns Hopkins Float pool so well see what becomes of that. As for now I'll be doing e-bay and some secret shopping to pad the cruise account.

Denine hope you are feeling better soon, sinus is the pits.

As for my sisterhood title I'm thinking Sisterhood ophthalmic advisor. Any other suggestions?

Robin, Tooth fairy gives a dollar bill and some change usually.

Missed chat last night. I'm wiped out from another day of dance competition. You'd think I danced or something. It's the up and down of it all during the day and the mental nervousness associated with it. By the next day, I feel like I've been run over by a truck. It was worth it though. They got "High Gold" awards for both dances this time. You thought we were shocked with the "Gold" last time....you should have seen our faces this time!

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Happy April everyone !

I think the tooth fairy was caught by surprise with no change and that's why she received a 5.00 bill.

Congratulations to Mary and her very proud parents! I have no idea what High Gold is (thoughts of Solid Gold Dancers in my head) but it sure sounds FANCY!

Ginger: still plenty of time to get to know folks, don't fret feeling out of sorts. We won't be attending the meet, a little far of a drive for us when a month later we'll be embarking on a fabulous adventure!

Pauline: Nice to 'see' you. Initially our cruise was scheduled (7am till 1pm) at Puerto Quetzal. It has been removed from our cruise but I believe the Westies still have it on their schedule.

I don't know what the plan is for docking at our stops whether it's a dock or a tender.
