Just downloaded Kenny Chesney's album "Be As You Are".. It has a neat song "Magic". The whole album has a Country/Caribbean flavor.

Kids enjoyed their Easter baskets this a.m. The Easter Bunny is alive and well Mark! Now, I'm going back to bed. Will have an egg hunt for them in the backyard later today. Feeling better, just the aches and the fever left - on the way to getting over this (thank you dear little students who gave me this virus, lol!) Will miss seeing all our family today, but oh well. Wishing you all a special day with your family and friends. It's what life is really all about!

I showed up to chat late last night and almost everyone was done chatting. I did get to chat with some nice ladies last night. The 3 hour time difference is a chat killer for us West Coasters.

Thanks Mark. If I figured it right I am 16 monthes and 23 days younger. But I do understand the old and grouchy feelings. Too bad there isn't a smilie of Mickey with a cane. Isn't he older than we are?? Nice to be sailing with older friends.

Happy Easter to all!! Family will be here later for their baskets and the usual ham dinner. Youngest DD was complaining that since she had Christmas at her boyfriends' house she wanted turkey. Isn't going to happen. But next year they'll be able to have dinner with both families since his are moving to Pa. from Ohio. She's happy about that.

Just followed the Wonder pulling out of the Port on the Radisson webcam. It was really fun...could see the people on Deck 10 as they were going down the channel. I could use a practice cruise!

Susans answer on paying for our pins

Eastbounders can pay at any time. Payment deadlline will be May 31st.

They can either send me a money order for the total amount or they can send via paypal adding 2,9% plus 30 cents to cover the paypal fees that I'm charged for accepting payments.

If they want the pins shipped in advance (Dan&Scott and I can distribute the night before at the various Dismeets without any problem) then they'll need to add in shipping/handling costs. The hard part is guessing what this will be............


Westbound pins have been ordered, if you wanted to get one, and did not do so, it is now time to beg someone on that cruise.

Bob, I am with you, I think we need to have at least a 3 night cruise in say late May?

I believe that you will be sending all money for both medallions and pins to Susan. Dan is the keeper of the pin list, Susan is keeping the Medallion list. Now would be a good time for Dan to post the Pin list again.

The Medallions will be the EXACT same design as the pin, but will not have the stabber on the back, and will have a loop on the top to attach to whatever you want, some people are going to use them as embellishments to their scrap book or photo album covers, others are thinking they will use them as paet of the mat which Mark is cutting.

I will see if I can get her preferred mailing address for money orders and her paypall address for those who like to use that.


Think I am caught up now. I will be getting the postage amount for the lanyards this week and will begin sending out payment info for them. As long as there is no SNOW!!!!!
