Can someone help me? I tried calling up the maps that Paul developed and the site on Tracy's newsletter isn't working. Something like "no knology" site available. Can someone put the link here? I printed one off awhile ago but it got destroyed. Now I can't locate it to do it again. Thanks!

By the way, please, send some of your snow our way.

Sandy,
Are you still having trouble? If you want, PM me an email address and I'll send the files to you.

Paul

Jenny your anniversary is my birthday! :flower:

Cool!

I missed that last night Jenny. Your anniversary is my anniversary. We were married in 1993.

That's neat. I've never met anyone with the same anniversary date before. Did you have a reason for picking the date or was it just a random thing? Ours was pretty much just random. Jamie graduated from VTC the Saturday before, so that date was out and his parents were married May 29th (and now bitterly divorced), so that date was out. Just luck of the draw I guess.

Jenny and I have the same birthdays! When it's Christmas time, you only have six shopping months left until our birthdays!

Wish I could say we are the same age

It's the BEST date for a birthday! Six months between presents! :rotfl: People hate it because I add my birthday countdown in when I start the Christmas countdown (which is usually October). :teeth:

Don't blame you one bit, Jenny!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Jenny, how did you make your pic smaller in Imagestation???

I didn't use image station. I just cut and pasted it in paint until I got it to the pixel size that I wanted. I need to load photoshop on my laptop at home to really play around with them. I really don't remember exactly what I did. I think I just kept scaling it down until the pixel size was what I wanted it to be.

Ok. I just looked at paint. I had the picture open. I clicked on "image". Clicked on "attributes". When that pops up just change the width and height to what you want it to be. I hope I explained that right. I'm not very good at explaining things like this. :badpc:

We actually wanted to get married on May 29 to make it easy on Bill (my birthday is the 29th of August). Only one number to remember. But May 29 was Memorial Day weekend. We didn't want to do that to my parents because it was at their house (you know friends and relatives hanging around one more day) and the judge was not available on the holiday weekend. So we ended up with May 22.

Oh and Viking is on Cruisetoberfest IV, he is the Jazz/Grumbo, keeper of the list, for CF groups.

That makes sense. We were married at the local park on the edge of Lake Champlain. All of our wedding pictures have the lake in the background. We figured with our luck it would rain that day, but the sun was shining bright. :sunny:

Oh. I thought maybe I should know who Viking is. I started reading the thread. Got through page one and the last page. I'll read more tonight. Lots of work to do today.

What a coincidence again! We were married on the river (in front of my parent's home). It was a bright sunny day, until we said "I do". Then it rained for a week :guilty:

Bill was telling us about that day. He described it a bit differently though Tracy. He said something about now being without a paddle... Hmm whatever he meant by that I don't know though :rotfl:

Cheers,
Grumbo

It rained for our entire honeymoon. We went to Niagara Falls for a long weekend. Not a lot to do there in the rain. ;)

He's got plenty of paddles now! We just bought a couple new kayaks yesterday and already had one tandem one. The day he starts corresponding with the looneyheads is the day he'll really need the paddles though! :rotfl2:

The funnest thing during the ceremony was the mosquitos. They were vicious that year. My dad put out a table with bug spray for all the guests to put on. When Bill was saying his vows, there was a mosquito chewing on his neck. He just stood there and wouldn't swat it. I wanted to swat it, but I was afraid of what everyone would say if I started hitting him at the ceremony :rotfl:

Been away for a day - trying to catch-up. Can't ruin my perfect reading record! ;)

kmiles: Thanx for the heads up on the ice cream! We have 2 Baskin-Robbins near us so I printed the coupon and sure enough was near one yesterday and got my free kiddie scoop. I chose one of their flavors of the month - Creme Brulee - because it reminded me of Triton's on the Wonder. Thanx again! :mickeybar

Tracy/kmiles: What was the gift? Maybe you said it and I missed it. I am guessing Disney-themed wine glass charms? Am I right?

kmiles: Yes! We got our DCL Islandgram on Tuesday. Did you remove the coconut to read about the Pirate party underneath? Love the scratch & sniff on the coconut. The Islandgram says it's "the first of the finds we'll be sending you from time to time." Can't wait to see what else they send! Maybe I'll scan it so everyone can see it.

On another topic, this Saturday will officially be one month since we became "the house of sick". Megan went to the pediatrician last Friday for her lingering cold and new pink eye and got scripts for both. Emma developed the pink eye on Sunday and started on the eye drops, too. Then I had to take her to the ped. yesterday because she was holding her ear saying "OW!". Turns out she has a double ear infection and is now on antibiotics. Her *first* time on antiibiotics ever in her 2 year old life. Even the ped was remarking on how both my kids never get sick! Well this one has been a doozey for all 4 of us. David seems well finally, but I still have the sniff-drip-cough thing going on. Maybe we will be well by cruise time.

Hey - I got married on May 20 also outside. Except instead of a lake or a river, we were in a gazebo in a local park with a pond and water fountain in the background. It poured the day before but was sunny the day of for us too. This year we celebrate our 10th anniversary.

Sorry just had to share.

Yippee, I got an email from Cafepress.com that my order shipped. I can't wait to see what the shirts and tote bag look like.

OK--I DIDN'T get married on May 20th, but rather May 1st, 1999. And we had ours at my parents house with tons of pictures by the pool (with all the gorgeous landscaping). See--still upholding the whole water theme!!
It was a perfect day. Ususally May can be warm here--but that year it was about 68-69 degrees--perfect with all the tux's and my wedding dress. Didn't want to be sweating!!

Keeping up the water theme!

We didn't get married in May.. We got married in June.

It wasn't a few years ago...it was 1965

It wasn.t by a lake or stream...it was in a church.

The church had running water!

Wow back then I'm sure the running water was a big thing....
