I am not going to look for airfares for a while, I think it's way too far off. I will probably do 2 one ways, Southwest to LAX and then (If they are still in business) Independence Air form Orlando. I haven't checked to see if SWA will do a R/T open jaw LAX/MCO but I will be looking into it. I don't even want to get a quote from DCL for the air, they tend to be WAY high. And I still don't know if I will stay in WDW after and for how many nights.

I can take Jet Blue IF I want to go out of Boston............... Bad idea.

Bmwdsny.............. the jetBlue web site is showing $136 from JFK to Long Beach (and $79 from Orlando to JFK). Can you fly from JFK instead of Newark? Looks like it could save you a bunch of $$$ if you can.

Outahere thanks for the heads up. I've been waiting for their reservations to open up. Just booked for our party of 6. 136.00+ fees, non-stop from JFK to Long Beach. I'm sure they'll run specials between now and August and I'll use the credits towards our next vacation.

They don't have the September schedule up yet, but I just plugged in an August date and it came back with the $79 fare.

I guess if you REALLY want to get out of Newark though $382 is a small price to pay

Personally........ I would pay a LOT more than $382 to get out of Newark

The $382 Contienetal flight that i have is Newark(EWR) to LAX and MCO back to EWR. NONSTOP!! which i like!!

I could go to JFK but it more of a pain, going into the city and much farther away...My parents only live 25 mins from Newark...I can leave my car at my parents house and have my Bro in law take us...

I mean other than those cheap flights, it not a bad fare right??

Oooooops, you're right they do have Sept. up. I didn't scroll down far enough to see it. Sorry for the bad info.

I just checked Song (flysong.com), and their Sept. schedule is also up, AND their prices are cheaper than jetBlue.

I know I'm paying approximately $395 per person, Canadian which is about $290 or in that area per person direct flights from Toronto to LAX and MCO to Toronto.
From everything I've read on these boards it seems a bit steep BMWdsny. I could drive to Buffalo and take flights that are cheaper but it is a 2 1/2 hour drive, each way plus a hassle. What ever is comfortable for you in the end is the best. If it is more convenient and gives you less stress I'd just do the Continental.
I'm still trying to find where Scratch's mother lives. I have a baba too but she has no money. I was going to hit her up for some cash if she is Ukrainian I'll tell her my name is Peter (80% of the first born males seem to be named that) and see if she'd like to pay for me to fly first class

Ok thanks grumbo...I will keep looking,....I am going to look for separate airfares and get one way tickets ...

I am seeing on Song Flight for $122 one way from MCO to EWR...not bad.... Now i have to look for one way from newark to either LAX, LB or John Wayne....If you see a cheaper fare, let me know.... i really really prefer nonstop...

The only reason I'm flying JetBlue is because they have non-stop flights from JFK to Long Beach. I usually fly Southwest, but they require at least 1 stopover. JetBlue also has T.V.s. 6 hours with 3 kids and my wife and SIL is too much without some kind of diversion!!

I'm gonna bring somes signs for us to put around the ship just in case.

Ok, thanks for talking me out of it....I am seeing a flight from JFK to LAX, and then MCO to EWR for $229!! nonstop!! YEEOWEE!!!!!
I am just waiting for my mom to call me back to see if one of her friends can take us to JFK,,,,It is a pain but it is worth the $$!!!

Hey Melinda if you're going to JFK, why not take JetBlue, they are only 136.00 and they might go down to 99.00 before our cruise. We're taking Flight 205 on Friday morning. I save you a seat...Mark
