August 19 Wishes Party

Has anyone successfully made reservations for the August 19th Wishes Dessert Party? I am, in typical Disney style, getting all kinds of conflicting information. One CM said it wasn't open for booking yet. Another said it was already fully booked. Online says it's not being offered during our stay. Any help?

I booked the Wishes Dessert Party for the 18th of August back on the 31st of May when it first opened up. It looks as though it is all booked out on the 19th but I would check back regually just in case someone cancels their reservation.
