We're also getting hit with the same storm. Unfortunately, Darren is away on business, so I have to dig us out. He was supposed to fly home tomorrow, but switched his flight to Sat, as we figured his flight tomorrow would be cancelled. There were very few seats available for Sat, so he switched so he could get home this weekend.

We're also with a TA and got the booklet mailed here. Maybe Mindy, the booket is for us sailing in steerage and not for suites!!!!

So we still have not gotten it...and don't be so jealous...what you really should be mad about is that I paid the same for a cat 3 that you did for a cat 4......

Where's this snow by the way...I still see blacktop on my road and we're a little used side road....we were supposed to get 18 inches...they closed the school...we worked from home and nothing....

True, and I'm in the smaller room...... it does stink to be me!!!!! You're only paying 12.5k for your cat 3 for the 4 of you, because that's what I'm paying for my "steerage" accommodations!

We had an early dismissal, but my street has been snow covered all day. DD is hoping for a day off from school tomorrow. DH came home from work in the city early as well.

Hope you fared ok in the storm. I also hope this is the last big one of the season. Although this snow day gave me the time to read one of the med blogs that is posted on the main cruise board. It was very well done and very interesting go through.

I was o.k. Thanks for asking. I TRIED to use the snowblower and proceeded to BREAK it!!!! It stopped working at the bottom of my driveway when I was turning it around in the street!!!! Luckily for me, one of my neighbors was getting plowed out at the same time, I was able to get him to come over and help me out. My driveway is now snow free, yet my front walk and steps are a complete mess!!!!!!!

Us, too. What's your room number? Ours is 2560. I'd consider upgrading to a verandah, depending on price. Who knows, maybe some pixie dust will come our way! As long as I have a window, I'm happy!

Glad everyone got home ok. The news here is reporting that people are stuck overnight on the freeway.

I was o.k. Thanks for asking. I TRIED to use the snowblower and proceeded to BREAK it!!!! It stopped working at the bottom of my driveway when I was turning it around in the street!!!! My driveway is now snow free, yet my front walk and steps are a complete mess!!!!!!!

My husband was trying to talk me through using the snowblower today since if I didn't shovel the driveway he couldn't get back in it....I couldn't even get it to start...so I shovelled. I did the whole bottom (where the plow had dumped about a foot) and 1/2 way up, then DH called and said he was on the way home so I left the rest for him and the snowblower.

So we called Disney and apparently our package somehow got lost...so now they are mailing us out a new one. I can't believe I have to pay off the balance in 2 weeks. This week I had to pay for the trip insurance (my husband works in the insurance industry and decided for the expense of this trip, we should have insurance - especially if someone gets sick overseas).

We also bought one of those pacsafe backpacks and a fanny pack, so that we dont' have to worry about being robbed.

I can't believe we haven't talked about excursions yet and I have to book them next month...I actually don't have to book them (and this is to get to Lori of course) I just have to call the concierge and they take care of them. Sorry, I'm really not mean, I just couldn't resist. Just remember, when you want to hide from the kiddies or the husband, just come over to my room and hang out. We'll have a drink, and some snacks and just relax...

I saw you were online and just couldn't resist getting a rise out of you....but seriously if you get closed out of anything...let me know...I remember from last time, we were able to get our friends things because we said we were traveling together. I don't think you'll get closed out of excursions, it just may be Palo reservations may be a problem. Do you want me to see if we can all go to Palo one night as a group...ie you, me, Kim, and anyone else? Just let me know what night and I'll see if we can get it.

That is so funny. We have been in cabin 2560 for the past 3 cruises. We really like it. When we went to book it for this cruise it was taken. We are two doors down in 2564.

I try... Unlike you, THIS is my job!!!!!! So, it's easy to be organized. I have appointments for the kids to get their passports on Sat, as their's expire next month. It just stinks that we have to go through the whole thing again, like we're getting them for the first time to get them renewed. Both of us have to go, hopefully we can go, DH MIGHT have go into the office on Sat, as there is a big conversion going on. I'm just glad that we seemed to slip under the passport fees going up. I read on the 11th, they're going up $35 each!!!!!
