I also used Dreams Unlimited and haven't received my documents. Knowing that you haven't received yours either doesn't really make the wait any easier, but a little less stressful.

No worries needed. I have used Dreams in the past and the reason it takes alittle longer is that the documents go to them first and then they send them to us.

I called Disney Cruise Line earlier today to ask if they had any staterooms available on the August 16th sailing. The agent told me that the highest cabin level they had was a category 10 and that the ship was very full!

Just thought everyone might be interested to know that.

I wanted to take a friend of my sons and they said there weren't any rooms left to hold 4. The said the ship was at capacity.

Maybe it was because they are in a higher category than we are. We are in 6 and would have to go to category 5 for a room to hold 4 people. We are on a waiting list in hopes that something will opens up.

I can't wait. Is a meet scheduled for on board? It seems like there are a whole lot of DISers on board.

Lyn, we had a similar problem when we booked (no room for 4). I split us into two separate staterooms. I just looked on the DCL website and there is a cat 5 available on this sailing. Alternatively, maybe there is a cat 11 close to your cat 6 stateroom? It looks like there is a promotional price on the cat 11 which may minimize the cost differential.

Yes, we have a planned DIS meet at 5:30 Deck 7 Aft. I'll use ThreeCircles' list and print out name tags (nothing fancy).

Andy, what a great pic! I'm sorry that I will miss meeting you and your family. You're going to LOVE the cruise (can't believe it'll be your first)!

Are you talking about these, Marcotta?

Unfortunately, like elsewhere in the United States, humans are encroaching upon these animals' natural habitats and thus they are becoming more and more accustomed to living side-by-side humans. When this happens, they tend to loose that natural fear of things unknown to them. This, in turn, is viewed as a "danger" to humans in the area and the animals are captured and killed.

Our state, and its current so-called leadership, has failed to protect the natural habitats and resources by allowing uncontrolled development and growth. I, for one, say feed them to the alligators!
