I think he was a senior in high school. Or maybe I was a senior and he was graduated. I can't remember, but I know I was still in high school when he had his out.
I was 20 or 21 when I had mine out. I know Alexas will have to come out earlier than most, because they have been able to see them on the x-rays since she was 11.

I had mine out the day of Jr. prom. I decided it was all mind over matter, if I didn't mind, it wouldn't matter! That night I was upset my mom wouldn't let me go to prom so my prom date and his friends came over to my house. We had a great time and I had no problems with the surgery. I was put out for mine, do they usually knock you totally out? Does everyone have to have theirs removed or just people with a small mouth?

Hello! We are newbies on this cruise, having just submitted our request to Dreams Unlimited! Just waiting to get our quote and pay our deposit.

Our family is:

Jeff (my wonderful hubby)
Katie (who will be nine when we sail and is seven now)
Colby (who will be two when we sail and is 17 months now)

My husband and I did a Land & Sea on the Magic (3-Day) for our honeymoon back in 2000. We did two 7-day cruises on the Magic with family and friends before we had kids, and Katie has done two 7-day cruises on the Magic with us. One when she was 10 months and one when she was three. It also makes Jeff and I Gold Castaway Club members, for whatever that is worth. So this will be Colby's first cruise and the first time that any of us have been on a ship other than the Magic. We can't wait!

We might have some friends sailing with us, but they haven't decided yet.

I grew up in Fairfax right on the border of Alexandria, so I really haven't gone too far from home (except college) yet. My husband is from Colorado, so that is our goal to move there eventually! We are right near Chantilly now.

Happy beginning of spring break!!!!!!! What is everyone doing with their time off?

Well, right now I am playing catch up here on the DIS

DS swam at the Eastern Regional Championships at the University of Delaware this weekend. So it was off to the exciting state of Delaware for a weekend of..... well, sitting around a hot pool watching swimming all weekend.... Not a whole lot to do down there! He did very well at the meet so we were pleased.... oh - the highlight of our trip there every year - tax free shopping
