Seriously...you don't always get a spring break? I could never work for your district! I need the break from the kids as much as they need a break from me!

Nope! And never a full week. But, the year we didn't we got out the Friday before Memorial Day, which in the end was a really nice tradeoff.

When they do post the new info on facebook can someone put the pictures on here? I cancelled my facebook because of the virus. I want to see that hot tub movie it looked really funny.

I wish we were on Spring Break this week. We have to wait two more weeks not till the week of the 11th....UGH!! It is really late this year.......I can't wait for WDW!!

Why so late, do they give you any days off for Easter?

Almost forgot...Emily has dance competition on Sunday so we will be there all day Sunday. We are excited to see her dance up on stage and watch all the different groups! This is the competition where last year they won the Judge's Choice award and were on the web!

Today was the talent show at the middle school, and Alexa played piano/sang a song she wrote herself. Talk about nervous mommy!!! She did good though, but boy you could tell she was so nervous.

This weekend is at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center. In April, she performs at the Convention Center in Minneapolis and in May, she will be performing at the Xcel Center in St. Paul. Ben will perform with his dance group at the Xcel Center too.

I do get nervous for her group every time they perform but it is so great to see them dance - they are incredible!

I think we might go to Hershey Park they are having really great deals for Easter weekend. I can't believe I didn't plan anything, I'm having travel withdrawls. I miss my Disney AP's!

I wish Amber liked dance as much as she likes cheerleading. Now that she is at the middle school level I'm not thrilled with the stunts that they have to do. I'm secretly trying to convince her she wants to do something else.

It is spring break for us too and we have nothing fun planned. I have to take DD (Meagan) to the oral surgeon to have all four wisdom teeth removed. Poor thing. Not a fun way to spend spring break, but she didn't want to miss any school. She is a senior and they are pretty strict about how many days you can miss if you want to be invovled in all the fun senior activities.
I can't believe my baby is graduating this year! Where did the time go?

Hi everyone happy earth hour day!

Wisdom teeth...blech for sure. I had all mine removed at the same time, it pretty much sucked. Make sure they medicate her well first. In my case my sister was the assisstant so lets just say I rather enjoyed my visit...

Now don't scare the poor girl LOL. I had all of mine out at once too. I took 2 days off of work. I spent the 2nd day in the pool, and then went to Applebees for lunch. Easy peasy.

Yikes you're right I shouldn't scare her. Of course my bottom ones were impacted but not everyone gets to go though that much fun. I was on soft foods for a week but in reality the healing part is pretty quick and you're back to normal before you know it.
