...I think we're the last one until the New Year's cruise..

We booked this cruise for exactly that reason. We wanted to sail on a 5 day and this was the last of 2011. Sailing at the end of August usually has the additional benefits of off-season rates which start in mid-August. Ending the Summer with a fantastic vacation dosn't suck either.

Just back from a soccer tournament in MA. Unfortunately DS team did not advance to finals, lost the final game. But...now we're home for the Memorial Day Parade in our town and both DH and DS will march with scouts.

For those of you who are going to WDW after the cruise, Disney came out with a new room only discount today. By the time we tried to book it around 2 pm, Pop was already sold out of standard rooms, so we decided to book our old favorite of All Star Music. $69 a night... not bad.

Interrupting the FE discussion.... Finally some great "summer" weather here!! Unfortunately it also seems to have awoken the stink bugs though!! Saw the first of them hanging around today.

DD turned 7 today!! Party day tomorrow!

Skye and Hope are seven too! Before last October's cruise they emailed (mommy did the typing) Pudo's youngest daughter a couple of times before the cruise. It was a fun way to meet a child their own age pre-cruise -- they talked about sports, favorite princesses, that type of stuff, plus sent some photos so they would recognize each other on the ship. And it ended up that the parents all became friends which was an added plus. So if that appeals and your daughter wants to do the same with my twins, send me a PM and I'll get that started with them!

Thank you for organizing the FE! I finally got a chance to review the list for group 1, and realized that my daughter Sophia's name is misspelled. So if anyone in group 1 sees this, please update your list if you're writing her name on anything! Thank you! (I tried to PM the change but the PM box if full.)

As far as suggestions for options, there is always the option of moving folks from existing groups into a new group if they get some new members but not a ton. On the WBTA we had 400 disers, and lots of them did the FE. We ended up with 6 or more different groups of 15 or so each. They basicalled closed out each group as it hit the number, and then did some last minute balancing at the end when the cutoff date passed. Even then there were additional folks who wanted to form a group, and they became the last minute group. Folks who wanted to be in larger groups were given the option of being in more than one group (we were in 2).

All set. I have updated your daughters name and will be reemailing the lists out this afternoon!!

I made the names changes, etc...on the FE lists. Also, have switched a few families around so that I could honor requests for specific families to be with other specific families.

Group One had 26 families. So when preparing your gifts keep in mind you really are only making 25 since that includes your own family.

Group Two has 25 families. So if it is ok with group two would you be willing to accept one or two new comers?

New comers if you want to be included I would like to have your info. by the end of today. Since the deadline has techinally passed and I know people are ready to start making their FE gifts!!
