I will be dividing up the list and everyone, will have everyone's cabin numbers, names & ages of children in cabin, names of adults in cabin, email addresses & Dis name if they are here on the Dis!!

:thumbsup2 Can't wait to get the list. :)

Checked in the AM and got 11:00 am - 11:30 arrival time. I was afraid it was going to be worse...

That seems to be the time we all got this morning! Maybe would should have a DIS-meet at 11am on the pier??

You guys have been busy. Surprised I had 10 pages to catch up on since yesterday evening. Congrats to those who were able to check-in.

I've done it before - for me it's kind of boring... boys love it. Not sure how my wife or Keira are going to like it though!!

Thanks, for the insight. I was thinking I really would not like it!!

Just got checked in with a time of 11:00-11:30, not bad!

By the time early June comes around for me to check in I will probably only be able to get 3pm.

Sigh

I resolved myself a long time ago to the fact that I won't be able to make Palo reservations until we board so I hope they will be ignoring our check in times since I plan on getting to the port at 10am!

11-11:30 for us as well. (I think 10:30 may be reserved for concierge?) The rest of our party isn't Gold CC, so they can't check in until June, but just in case DCL decides to stick by these times, I'm hoping they would be able to board with us. We are driving up from Vero that morning, so I have no idea what time we will actually get there.... Is it like a 2 hr drive? If so, 10:30/11 AM is probably right on target.

I'm not sure I'm going to worry about Palo brunch, because I just wasn't that excited about it last cruise. It was good, but I liked dinner much better.

I'm going to stalk switching Palo dinner from day 5 to day 4 and a cabana. :)
(Anyone know why cabana #s 13, 16, and 21 are missing?)

Hi! Finally getting around to jumping on board this thread. I've been lurking for a while, and wow, I have not been able to read all the previous posts, so forgive me if I bring up something that has already been discussed. I guess we just missed out on the FE group, that was fun when we participated before. I totally understand planning a cutoff date though.

Our family includes me, DH, DS(11) and DS(7) This will be our fourth cruise and we are so excited.

I saw some marathons mentioned here. Any idea how many from the cruise meet are planning to participate in the 5K? It usually takes me about 33 minutes and I wondered if anyone had a similar pace. I'm afraid of getting left behind by the fast folks and getting lost.

Don't worry about the arrival time. It seems most of us will be getting there around 10am. :)

Welcome! :goodvibes

I just completed the online check in when I woke up, since it wasn't working last night. We got an 11:00 am check in time for both cabins (I was also surprised it was so early!), but hopefully we're going to arrive at 10 regardless.

One weird thing... it wouldn't let me choose Disney transfers when I was setting up the pre/post cruise info. I wonder if that has something to do with having a travel agent? Did anyone else have that problem?:confused3

We had something unexpected on checkin this morning. It said "Since your travel party is staying at a WDW resort you are not required to select an arrival time. You may arrive any time during embarkation and check in at your leisure." We are staying at the airport the night before, and Bay Lake after the cruise. Does that mean if we get to the bus checkin early we could be on one of the first buses headed for the port?

Good luck getting your switches! I got Palo on the 3rd night, which is what I wanted since my kids would kill me if they missed Pirate night. pirate:

We are driving up that morning from Vero Beach also, I think it's about a 1 1/2 hour drive (per Mapquest) I am planning on leaving Vero around 8:30am (which means 9am). If the car is packed the night before we should just get up and go.

Not sure about everyone, but I am getting super excited:yay::yay::yay:

Ellen, Welcome!!!:welcome:

Does anyone know when you usually find out how many cabins/people are involved? This is my first time and I'm trying to get a head start as I know this summer is going to be very busy with my DD playing hockey and softball.:goodvibes

Yay!! I was able to complete my online check in, my arrival time to the port is 10:30-11:00!!

Are you conceirge? I checked in about 10 minutes later and got 11am. It would make me feel better to hear I couldnt get 10:30, rather than I just missed it (especially since people were getting the 11am arrival at 9am this morning, which means I wouldnt have had to get up).

Oh Dear! You must all slow down! I swear I have been trying really hard to keep up but it might be impossible! :rotfl2:

Yeah to everyone who got what they wanted last night. I was not able to get online since we are not paid in full. The only thing that I really wanted was a Palo brunch but I don't think it is going to happen and I am fine with that. This is such a short cruise and there is so much new to see and I have so many wonderful friends who will be on the ship with us that I don't even know if I will try when we get to port.

The only thing that really is concerning me is the time to get on the ship. With it being a short cruise, I don't want to have to wait to get on and miss out any any valuable hours. We are thinking of staying at the airport and taking the shuttle to port. I have heard that if you do that and you get to the podium ASAP, you can get on the first shuttle and get a decent boarding time. This is going to be my goal at this point.

Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday!
Jen:goodvibes

Welcome Ellen:welcome:

I notice from your signature that you have stayed at Animal Kingdom Villas - Im interested to hear your experience there - as were are staying there after the cruise in Kidani village and I'm very excited about this.
Do you have any tips etc?
Thanks

I'm not concierge. I must have gotten one of the last ones at that time frame.

I logged in this morning by 6:30 for my sisters and got 11AM boarding time. I didnt have to choose one since I am platinum.
