I'm such a geek.

I just spend my lunch time printing out all 12 pages (and a bit disappointed w/ the resolution...printed them at 9" high and they are REALLY hard to read) then used scissors and tape to put them together like real navigators.

My dh will roll his eyes at me when he sees them!

If you save the navigators to your desktop then print them, they print full size. They are still fuzzy, but easier to read than when you print them straight from the thread.

I will look into that excursion, it looks interesting!

I'm a graphic artist so I have all the right tools!

I downloaded the files. They were uploaded at 2"x 2.5" at 300dpi! I resized them to 9" high and 100dpi to print...but they were super fuzzy. The perfect size/dpi ratio to print would be full size (8.5"x11") and 300dpi but that is difficult to post on a message board.

I've been away for a night or two due to work stuff! Glad to be able to finally check-in...I've had withdrawals!!

I found this link in another thread and I had to share! It is about Disney in August. I just thought my die hard Disney friends would appreciate the comedian's perspective It does have some bad language, so be aware if watching with the kiddos.

This is great that there are boys out there for DS to connect with. I won't be home until late tonight but tomorrow I am going to help him get the addresses so he can start connecting with some of the other boys.

The comedian totally cracked me up (yes, bad language but very funny regardless). Everyone is always so amazed that I love going to FL in August but I love that heat and humidity.

I have purchased three of the 3 set ones (comes with large, medium, & small). For my son, I use the medium ones and all of his clothes for the week usually fits in there. For DH & I we use the large ones. My clothes usually fits in one and I might use the small one for some personal items. My husband usually uses two of the large ones. I have found them to be so convenient (as I have said before) since all I have to do is take the cubes out of the suitcase and put them in the drawers.

Thanks for sharing what you bought and how you use them. I really have to look into it because I hate being disorganized on vacation.

I'm going to wish everyone a happy weekend a little early! We're headed down to DC for the weekend. We're meeting up with my mom, sis, and the rest of the family. Then, they are coming up here for the week. It's our first visitors since we moved here. We're so excited! We were the type to get together every weekend down in FL, so this move has definitely been hard on all of us. So, it will be nice to spend the week together.

This is something that I totally would do.

I am sad that they are so fuzzy. I printed them out but can't read so much of it. I tried some different things too but I just think that there is no way to make it better. Hopefully more people will post them different so that we can really study them. I had my highlighter all ready to go!

I just read on Facebook that Photopass has added a DCL photo album! They are a lot more expensive than Snapfish or Kodak Gallery but they are beautiful. Promo right now for 10 free pages until June 28th DCLBONUS (not sure if we can prepay like photopass and make them when we return).

Happy Weekend and Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. We'll be celebrating on the soccer field both Saturday and Sunday (which is also DS 12th b-day). He wants to go to Olive Garden, non-negotiable

We have just booked with Disney our excursion in Nassau :
NASSAU FORTS AND JUNKANOO DISCOVERY


It sounds like fun : we both are into local history & traditions and I love the idea of trying the traditional instruments of the junkanoo parade !!!
and also their beautiful "costumes" !!

I was surprised that we could book only in the morning !! ( No bookings available in the afternoon !! )
We had thought that this excursion wasn't going to be very popular !!

Are you running Harry?? Bruce has been doing boot-camp with a buddy of his since September they do boot-camp @ 5:30 in the morning!!

Probably will run on day 2 @ CC. I have issues running in the heat though, so it might be a slooooowww pace for me that day!

I saw that the Passporter won't be out until Aug., but if you preorder it, you can go ahead and download the e-book! Not quite as good as having a hard copy, but at least we can see the info in there. I went ahead and preordered it earlier today!

Didn't you see my earlier post . . . slow is the new fast!

Looks like a lot of us will be running on day 2. I am not planning on setting any records or getting a PR, but I would like to run at a reasonable pace.
