I can only imagine what school will be like as they get older. I dread it....Third grade was bad enough this year.


Hope your back gets better soon. What did you do??

All I can say is that when they get older it becomes harder to take them out of school for Disney trips (impossible really)

I have no idea about my back.... just felt tight and sore. I was able to go on a decent run this evening and it feels much better.

Lol I've done my part to help the British economy this weekend , but Dave needs to do his part still! ( he hates shopping, especially clothes shopping) we are having the ' do I need to pack a tie argument at the moment.

What do you guys think? We are doing Palo & Remy . If I get him to buy a new suit and a couple of shirts would he ok without a tie? I looked up on dcl website and it does not say a tie is compulsory ( even though I would prefer him to have one)

He says it really spoils his evening

What do you think? Arghhh lol

I would wear a tie - that's just me. If a tie is not required and Dave doesn't want to then I'd say skip the tie.

Hey there Kristin! No bathing suit yet! We are going to go out and look today. We are spending the day with Amber and the kids!

I totally agree with Laura, Kristin!! Do not even think about it!!

Ditto! Way too hot to run and since I have plantar's faciaitis in both feet, my running/walking days are gone (not that they were really ever with me, but a girl could try occasionally ).

Pixie dust to you, Kristin. Don't even think of not going. You'll just be EXTRA pampered on the ship.

Kristin, I hope you don't need surgery. If so, I'm sure you will have plenty of volunteers to help push you around the ship! Plus if you are going to WDW after the cruise you can do a whole park in half a day, I had a hurt foot and was in a wheelchair several years ago and it was amazing how fast we were done with everything in the park. We just kinda looked at each other and were like what do we do now???

I checked in on June 2 and it was 11-11:30 at that time. A few days later it's moved 30 min.

So cuteon the tooth. My kindergartener said something similar to me 2 days ago. His very first loose tooth. Still there so far!

School is out here in our school district in Texas. We've been out a week. Right now DD (11) is in route to a one week Church camp.

He lost his tooth. So cute.

By Thursday they're talking our temps will be near 99 degrees My DD got a perfect day for her class trip to Holiday Hills today.

Yesterday we were 100° with a high humidity. Today we are suppose to be up there again - possibly even hotter. We have a heat advisory going. The worse is my office at school that has no windows and no air....can you say hot, dead air????

Great idea. I might have to put on some Disney music myself. I am already making a packing list so I will not forget anything. Is it too early?

The girls just made up a "care" package of homemade crafts and goodies. It is being sent out today to them...
