Just paid my balance and got room 2023 for my GTY. No pixie dust this time, but I am happy to still have the virtual porthole. I'm so excited, it seems more real now that it's paid off!
Kristin can you update the FE with my room number?

Just home from a weekend at the Hard Rock Hotel - DD's sweet 16 party - it was an amazing weekend from start to finish... perfect weather, HR staff did a great job decorating the cabana we rented, DD loved the candy buffet I created, Hard Rock Cafe was a great meal and staff went above and beyond to make DD feel special. DD and all her friends said it was the best weekend they ever had... cant ask for much more as a parent. So happy that all the planning (and money) had the desired outcome!!!

The girls went to this spa with my cousin called the "Sundae Spa" it was soo VERY cute. They got ice-cream sundaes....and their hair done!! So cute. They had soaps in the shape of cupcakes!! There was a chocolate bunny there that looked and smelled like chocolate but it was body soap!!

Then today we had a HUGE Easter Egg Hunt at our house. Bruce set up the bounce house and the kids played on the trampoline, bounce house, and swing-set. They ran through the entire back yard looking for the 325 eggs that we had hidden. They had a ton of FUN!!

Hoping that tomorrow I can get some rest. I have strep-throat and it does not seem to be going away!!I am sureit is because I have not been able to get any rest!! I still need to pack we leave for Disney World on Friday for 11 days!! YEAH!!

not this time ... flying jet blue, arriving around 6pm, staying at Hyatt MCO, then off to the Magic on Saturday for our first non Bahamian cruise

I am soo sorry that you had strep...How long did it take for you to start to feel better?? I am just hoping that my kids don't get it from me!! I am trying to keep away from them!! Today is day number three of the anitbotics, and it still feels like there are knives in my throat!!

It took just over a week to feel any relief and almost three to fully recover...but I think my infection was pretty bad...I hope yours starts to heal soon!!!

I took 800mg of Motrin for the pain every 4 hours. Also, gargling with warm salt water helps relive the irritation in the throat a bit also. Oh, and the Chloraseptic lozenges also help numb the pain! (they work much better than the spray)

Feel better soon!

We paid our balance about 3 weeks ago but as for now we haven't got any info about the room ...
I'm keeping my fingers crossed : WE ASKED OUR LOVELY TA TO HAVE DISNEY NOTATE ON OUR RESERVATION THAT WE DON'T WISH FOR ANY UPGRADE !!!
I HAVE MY HEART SET ON THAT MAGIC POTHOLE !!!

I promise to take some pictures. We went one other year for Easter and it was soo cute!! The resorts have a candy/egg hunt.. There was soo much candy it was tons of FUN!!

Just had my TA book the two day cruise out of NYC and a cruise on the Fantasy for next summer as a back-up plan. Since we may try to do DVC Hawaii next summer!!

Just had my TA book the two day cruise out of NYC and a cruise on the Fantasy for next summer as a back-up plan. Since we may try to do DVC Hawaii next summer!!

Extra PD for poor Hopie !!!! I so hope you two can feel well by Friday !!!!

Also Marco and I are already planning a trip to Hawaii for Summer 2012 !!!!!!!! We might meet up in those wonderful islands !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are hoping to be able to stay at the new DVC resort. But I am still up in the air about it all since I think the kids are still a bit young for such a trip. I want them to be able to remember it all!!
