Work has been crazy, but I finally got a chance to catch up on the posts from the past few days. I spent some time last weekend and this week planning our post-cruise WDW stay and ADRs so our TA can book them for us. We also moved our reservation from AKL to the Poly post cruise just for something different. We got a PIN offer which helped with the price.

Please send us some pixie dust that my DS (who will be 7 1/2 on this cruise) grows almost 2 inches between now and our cruise, as he's currently just over the 46 inch mark as of his last physical. He really wants to ride the duck!



We moved one of our August 2012 dummy bookings to the 11/17/12 Thanksgiving Eastern cruise w/San Juan. We moved up two subcategories and only had to pay and additional $15 deposit, so the prices were pretty close, for a holiday cruise.





I was going to ask if there is a FB group for this cruise, then I saw the 2nd post about a FB group. For the Fantasy MV cruise, they've set up a private FB group which is working okay at the moment.

I was thinking of looking at the holiday cruise too. I am still holding out for Hawaii though.

I think your son will be able to ride just not alone.

We are going to be in Vero Beach from Friday the 12th until the morning of the 16th. how about you?

We will be there from the 12-15th....YEAH!!

The weather is beautiful here. I have been resting all day today and yesterday. The Doctor tells me that I have pneumonia in my lower left lung...UGH!!

The meds. are working though and I feel better..


I have the windows open to let in some fresh air. FINALLY, some warmer weather.

We can actually see the reindeer on the front lawn. They have been buried in snow for weeks!!

...as for the snow - OMG, can "almost" see the sleigh on the front yard! Melt, melt, melt!!!!!

...have to finish packing to get on the road by 4PM... Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Thanks for the good thoughts about my son's ability to ride the Duck come august! I have to imagine it's harder to "fake" height when you're barefoot with wet hair, versus wearing shoes and poofing your hair up to look taller.

We couldn't get the more recent one to validate online though, so I'm thinking that one may be based on the WDW trip we booked before through our local AAA agent. With the PIN discount, it was actually cheaper to convert our free dining offer to a paid dining reservation, since the hotel discount was greater.

That sounds like a great deal. Congrats on being able to use a pin.

for your DS. Mine would have to grow another 10 inches to ride it and he does want to ride it. I keep telling him in a few more years but that does not seem to work. So, if you see a little one having a meltdown because he can't ride that will probably be us.

I have been very excited about this trip since I booked it. But now with everyone posting pictures, and trip reports and everything on the boards seems to be DREAM this, DREAM that....I am becoming OBSESSED!! I am just trying to take it all in. I am looking forward to the 1st 5 nighter, so I can have an idea of the dining rotations, show night, pirate night...I need more info!!
