I should be doing things around the house today, but have been reading info about the cruise all day long! It's SO addictive. I just found the thread, so thought I'd post. I'll be sailing with DH and DS who will turn 15 a couple of months before the cruise. Our other DS will be graduating this June will not be going. He's too old to be in the clubs and opted for a vacation in Mexico with my aunt and uncle who retired there. I think he's rethinking his decision as the time for cruising approaches. Both my boys LOVED the teen clubs last time we cruised.
We're on deck 9, so not close to anyone! We're excited to have a verandah for the 1st time. We sailed 3 other
DCL sailings, a 3 night and 2 7 night.
I'm a teacher, too. Pretty funny there's so many of us. I'm early childhood special education teacher and teach 3 and 4 year olds, so pretty different than the rest of you teachers!
I'm from Minnesota, so only had to stay up til 11 to book ressies. I booked jet skis for the 3 of us. I'm not sure if I really want to go, been reading about how bounced around ypu get.

I reserved Remy. We've done brunch twice (DH's favorite, he loves the bread with berries and cream) and there were no times available. I think he'll go through withdrawel. Last cruise I told the servers it was his favorite and that's why we came again and they sent him home with a HUGE doggie box. It made his day.

We've done supper at Palo and I did the tea last time with some friends I met online so that's why on a short cruise we opted to try Remy. I'm a little hesitant about spending the money, but it'll be an experience. I booked Nassau night and hope if that's not a good night I can rebook once we get on the ship and find out what our dining rotation is. I don't want to miss any of the 3 restaurants. We'll also book massages once we board. I was looking at Navigators and some of the Nassau or CC day specials looked fun. We've done the couples villa while on the Magic and some other massages, so looking to try something different (and cheaper

) this time.
I couldn't book boarding time online last night either. I stayed up til 12:15 and still no luck. I got up at 7:3i0 and got a 10:30 time, so I was happy!
We're doing Universal for 2 days after the cruise, staying onsite and then a few days at WDW, staying at Wilderness Lodge.
I'm on the fence about FE. I did it on one cruise and there were so many of us, it took so long to deliver gifts (it was a really fun experience though), so will wait a bit before deciding. With DS so old, I'm on my own with the deliveries which isn't quite as fun as last time when boys were younger and into all the excitement. On a 4 night, I'm afraid there'll be so much to do and I don't want to spend a lot of time on FE deliveries. I am really interested in a meet though. Whew, sorry this got so long. I was just excited about finding this thread. DH's eyes glaze over, I talk Disney so much. Yet once we're there, he's all into it.

and thinks it's a great vacation.
