I finally got around to doing some packing today, not near finished but at least it is a start. What is the name of the company that rents tuxedos onboard? I haven't receved docs yet but I need to send them measurements for DH and DS. I had to talk DS into wearing a tux last time, this time he wanted to...go figure :confused3
Donna

The website for the tuxedo's is Cruiseline Formalwear just click on the link below:

Rats, just saw the UPS guy drive past, not stopping. Maybe tomorrow.

No docs for us today either. UPS stopped and I was excited, but it turned out it was only coffee from DW's coffee club (drat.)

DS and my tux showed up a couple of weeks ago. They've been to the cleaners and we got the pants hemmed. We can't wait. But that reminds me, they didn't ship DS's shoes. Oops, gotta go make a call.

Just a little over two weeks!!! I may even dance soon (and I NEVER dance. :cool1: )

Still no docs here either! I think the UPS guy skipped Clarksburg today. I was supposed to get another package and according to the online tracking, it was supposed to come today but I never saw the guy! I love their commercial... "what can Brown do for you?" Well let's see...maybe deliver ontime!
Sorry for the venting!! Thanks for the link to Cruiseline Formalwear. They definitely did a good job last time. It is cheaper to rent one for DS than it is to buy a suit that he will outgrow in a few months. The other benefit is that it is one less thing to pack.
Pam, you are right, the packing is a big job that's why I have to start early. DH always teases me about packing so early but if I waited I would probably forget half of what I need! It kinda starts the vacation mode though! Oh well, gotta go call UPS!

DONNA , surely your docs :goodvibes are on the way !!!!!!!!!!!

Bet EVERYONE will get them this week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
( I still hope to find our docs being delivered at Beach Club resort !!! )

:groom: Yes, ONE LESS THING to pack is a great benefit !!! even GREATER if you have a long trip - like we have !!!
AND in Italy we don't use tuxedoes like yours - :confused3 so our "formal -black suit " would be :teeth: quite different , not suitable for formal nights in the States !!!

I will pack everything this FRIDAY , the day before we leave Italy !!!! :Pinkbounc I'm a bit "superstitious" !!!!!!!!! ;) but I have been re-viewing our pack-list lots of times ;) each time ending to go :rotfl: shopping for some more items !!!! :teeth:

Ciao, Laura :yay:

Good Morning/Afternoon Everyone

I'll second that!!

I didn't talk DH into wearing a tux, I told him he would wear one ;) . Actually, he didn't mind at all, he's pretty easy going :thumbsup2

:surfweb: This is me every morning. What am I going to do when the cruise is over? I don't even want to think about it :sad2:

Have a good day everyone!!

Pam

We had to buy Ben a suit for a wedding, so he will be wearing that, no tux for him. At least he'll have got a couple of wears out of it before he grows another inch or two.

Tim is a suit junkie, is always buying the darn things. He rarely needs to wear one for work, but he has about 6 new ones from the last couple of years. He would never rent a tux, so I'm not about to say he needs one as he would be off like a shot to the department store

This is me every morning. What am I going to do when the cruise is over? I don't even want to think about it

Pam - We are super lucky that we are able to go to WDW in October, so I have the comfort of knowing I will still have that to plan...although I have pretty much got all that sorted!

wow...the document package sure has shrunk...

Did the UPS man stop by? :rotfl2:

Yes ::yes:: the package is much smaller this year, after I received mine I went on-line and completed all the paper work there except the Bahamas-Immigration Arrival Cards. (I wanted to make sure I received my paper copies) So we are getting closer.

So little information about my reservation. It's a good job I know what I booked, otherwise I would be clueless with the info I got today!! There seems to be a bit too much of an assumption by Disney that people are monitoring their travel plans online.

However, I'm still on the cruise, who needs lots of bits of paper eh?

Yippee!!! Our house was just visited by the UPS man. :cool1:

I just showed the paperwork to the kids - they were happy to see their own individual luggage tags. :)

Two days to go until our swim team banquet is over (planning, scripting and organizing it has killed my real job productivity, lol). Then I can focus on work for two weeks before we head for Florida.

Congrats to all who got a visit from the brown truck today!!!  Was Dale Jarrett driving it? :rotfl2: (Okay, you would probably only get that if you were a NASCAR fan)

Now that others are getting their docs I have a question. My Mom actually asked this and I said I didn't know because all this online stuff is new to me. Inside the docs it says to go online now and register. Is this just telling you that you can fill out the documents online instead of writing on the forms? And don't you still have to print the online forms and take them with you to the port? Anyone know?

I'm trying to finish up door signs and then I have to get back to packing. I feel like all I have done this summer is pack a suitcase. Duh - that's because it is all I have done! :teeth:
