I would love to help you in any way I can.
I don't want to give it all away but I will tell you that I made magnets for each person in our group for them to use on their door.
There is another board on this site that has designers that will design different things for your trip also.

Like I had said in one of the earlier post. I have gifts for each person in the group and lots of gifts for the kids. I do also have a small little something from Texas. It is just something in the shape of Texas and a ittle something to go with that.

Another good place to look for ideas is on Pinterest. Just search on Pinterest Fish Extender Gifts for Disney Cruise. There is tons of ideas on there.

YES, there is a Pirate Party on Day 3- Wed, Aug. 5th at 9:45 PM.

The most updated list is below. We already have one group full and now we are starting another group. Each group will only be resonsible to buy items for their group to help keep the cost down.

It is up to you and how you want to handle the gifts.The only thing required is either : A) one gift per cabin in your assigned group once during the cruise OR B) one gift per person in your assigned group once during the cruise. If you want to do more (both a cabin gift and an individual gift, give something to both groups, multiple gifts during the cruise) that is up to you. There is no price limit, high or low. No requirement of store bought or handmade. It is just whatever you feel you want to do. No assigned days, this is just for fun!

Group 1 (Mickey Group) is now full since we have reached our date of cutoff. Looks like we are at 9 families for Group 1. There are 29 people participating.This first group is now closed but I am starting another group because several have shown interest.
I have decided to start a second group. Please refer to that group as

This is so exciting! This cruise is also a surprise for my 13 year old son who has never been on a cruise and has asked me to go on one since he was 8 years old. He will not know about the cruise until we arrive at the port on Aug 3rd. Can't wait! The cruise is a birthday gift to him which he had agreed to do without when we got into a car accident two months ago and found out we needed a brand new roof for our home. He was worried about the financial stress and told me to not worry about the cruise. Little did he know that God made a way and I was able to not only get a used car to replace our totaled car, but we also were able to get our roof fixed, and some money to book this super surprise cruise. The secret planning has been a really great experience for me and I can't wait to see his face when he realizes he's going on the Disney Dream. Super excited here!

I wanted to remind everyone what the webmaster has stated in his thread and we need to remember this!

The following is Pete's Words!

The site has been asked by to relay the following message regarding stateroom door decorations on DCL ships:
More and more guests are choosing to express their family pride and enthusiasm for Disney Cruise Line by decorating their stateroom doors aboard our ships.

As you might imagine, it is very important to us to keep our facilities looking their best for all our guests.

As part of our commitment to this area of focus, we ask that guests no longer affix anything to their stateroom door utilizing any adhesive or tape.

We have found that these adhesives damage the finish on the stateroom doors and therefore ask that guests limit door decoration to those of the magnetic variety.

Unofficially, what I'm hearing is that DCL is considering the possibility of levying surcharges on people who damage the door finish with adhesives. They're trying to avoid that because the really do appreciate the passion and creativity that people are putting into this, but the issue with the finishes coming off the doors is getting to be a real issue. I know some have already received this notice on-board the ship, but I wanted to make sure it's out there for everyone.

So basically remember! If you are decorating your door, the decorations need to be magnetic.
You may not tape things to your door.
