Auditions now or later?????

There are several auditions going on for the month of January in Orlando. Do auditions tend to be seasonal? For example are auditions held mainly in Janurary and say July? When are most of the auditions held?

General Employment Auditions for Disney Character and Disney Look-A-Like Character at the Walt Disney World Resort are held on a bi-weekly basis throughout the year at the Disney's Animal Kingdom Rehersal Facility on Sherberth Road in Kissimmee, Fla.

These auditions are for those looking for Florida-Site Full Time, Casual Regular and Casual Temporary Disney Character and Disney Look-A-Like Character positions with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc..

Auditions for other types of Entertainment Roles are held on a as-needed basis. Auditions for College & International Program applicants interested in an Entertainment Role are held throughout the United States and abroad during the recruiting seasons.

I'm basically repeating everything glendalais said, but here it is anyway:

Character Performer auditions are usually every other week. The site does have about 4 auditions going on in one week this January, but that's not usual. From the way they have been running, they are usually the first and third Thursdays of every month. These auditions are just for Full Time, Part Time, and Seasonal positions.

If you are talking about auditions for the CP- there are specific auditions held all around the country for the CP. When those are scheduled, they will be posted on both the CP website and disneyauditions.com.
