Auction monster/loytalty savers question

Ok, signed up w/Auction monster on cashduck.
When I called to cancel, they said I had already cancelled (use the very small phone # on the signup page)--I asked when, and she said 1 day before I had actually signed up--what?:confused3

So I went back and called the # on my CC statement and they had my account, and cancelled it. These companies are all so interrelated, it's very messy.

But my question is, in the small print was something about "loyalty savers." Does anyone have a phone number for them. I never received anything from them. :confused:

hello. you wont know me but i see you are having problems with auction monster? :headache: or were at least. just out of curiosity, when you signed up for it did you see it state anywhere that they will automatically bill you every month? and were your bills the same amount each time? if not i think we may be in the same boat. conned! so if you could complain of this and the fact you didnt cancell before to your local authority? i have sent a complain to bbc watchdog in the uk as this is making me fume! thamks for the patience and time to look at this:thumbsup2
 
You might want to call auction monster again and verify you are also canceled with the loyalty savers program. Just tell them that you noticed that you were signed up for this program in the fine print and how would you cancel it. I have signed up for auction monster in the past and when I canceled I asked him if that canceled me for everything with it and he said yes. So my one call canceled everything but you might want to doublecheck. Not that you really want to call that company again :headache:.

I'm new here and I happened up on this website. I was wondering if any of you have that cancelation phone # so i can call and cancel my Auction Monster/Ebay Tool kit acount. I would really appreciate it. you know they get you in by saying you only have to pay 1.87 in shipping and then after all is done it says of a monthly fee. i believe if you want a home base business you shouldn't have to pay for a job they should pay you for your hard work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The number I have is (800)609-5118. I cancelled in time so hopefully I won't have any problems!
