Attractions open during early EMH?

Can anyone tell me how I would find out which attractions would be open on the mornings with EMH?
Specifically MK and EPCOT ~ for instance we had wanted to try Fantasyland first in MK and now we will be staying on-site so we can do EMH but I have no idea what is available. Same thing for EPCOT ~ any info would be appreciated! Thank you!
