Attraction updates..

Can anyone tell me where I might find out what, if any, attractions are going to be down during our visit to USF 4/24. I tried the site and couldn't find anything and no mention is made on their recording.
Also, how exactly does the new "express" system work. Like Fast Pass? Any tips for Jaws, Twister and T2, crowd wise?

I went to IOA and Universal a short while ago and nothing was closed and I havent heard any rumors of anything being closed.
