Change your title quick before this thread gets poofed since we aren't allowed to post to individuals.

Here's the scoop!!! We stayed at Dunes Village Resort. It was really nice. Right on the ocean. We had a two bedroom angled ocean view which really was a full ocean view. The place had an indoor water park which we didn't use but looked great.

We really enjoyed the park. It will be great in a few years!

Any other questions?

There are two buildings that are quite high. All relatively new and very nice. We were impressed. It is nice because they are away from the busy section but really close to Broadway at the Beach.

damo -

What was your overall impression with the park? I know you said it will be great in a few years - what do they need to work on? tinker with?

How are the prices?

TIA!

Right now, there just aren't enough rides to fill an entire day. We rode everything (Maximum RPM wasn't up yet) a few times and still had plenty of time. They are going to need a bunch of flat rides and maybe another coaster to be able to keep drawing the people in. They will need to add more children's rides as well.

There were lots of fun things. Nights in White Satin, The Trip was a blast. It is a 3D dark ride of an acid trip. Very cool for an amusement park. There are lots of little things tucked away that are fun. The huge ball area, the bouncy area, the statues, the album cover wall.

The park itself is very clean and the details are nice. It will be a great park in a few years.

We went before official park opening and the prices were around $50 with a $10 food voucher.
