Attention Please! I have an "Official Announcement"

i just passed my 20 month post-transplant, and I got to thinking, kitty go ahead and go to WDW, we are not promised anything here, none of us are, None of us know what tomorrow will bring, etc.

Right now the best medicine for me would be a trip to WDW, so it's official, I am here and alive, I am going to make it! I am going to see my beloved Mouse!

I am going to Disney World!!!!

Sorry to hear about your friend. I have known a couple of people that have not taken care of themselves as they should. One of the people was a friend of my FIL. FIL's friend was an alcoholic for many, many yrs. He ended up with diabetes a few yrs. back, ended up being a double amputee because of the complications of diabetes. He died about 3 yrs. ago. This guy's wife is now on a liver transplant list. She drank for many yrs, too, destroyed her liver.
I'll keep your friend in my prayers.

I made my Big Announcment! After we got done eating, everyone was wondering what it was. DD was havinig a glass of wine, so I reached over with my fork and tapped on her glass! I said may I please have everyone's attention, I have an announcment. I am going to WDW! I told them that I have been wanting to go and they all know how sick i have been, etc. I told them that something could happen at any given time with me (which we all know), so I'm ready to go.

Looks like it might end up being a Solo trip, but DD is going to see if she can go for a week! After I told them everything, they asked when is the announcment? DH said I could have told everyone that's what it was going to be! DD looked at her friend and said, I hit that one on the nail! Mom, said she figured it out with me getting alot of nice new clothes lately! They are all very happy for me, so I am going to call Disney today and get busy planning!
