I was wondering if anyone had some of the old tape runners(not the refillable ones). I do not like the new ones and the girl I get stuff from only has those.

Check out ebay. That's where I purchase my tape runners from these days. I've seen lots of auctions for the non-refillable style, too. Good luck finding them.

I did not like the new one either until my CMC showed me how to use it... you have to make sure the stickers go up over your finger...

I second what she said. I learned this weekend you are not suppose to put your finger on the top when you are dispensing the tape. Really hard to get use to but once you do it works so much better.
