CAn you believe that I did not buy a cart today???? What is wrong with me?????? I must be ill. I did buy 12x12 mats and blades though. DD took my blades and I can't find them.

me too! no carts. i wanted one but could not decide. i so wanted the pooh one but they did not have it. and the lady said she was not sure she could order it anymore. they did give me a raincheck for it, and she said she would ask the manager to look up the number and see if they could order it!
BUT all that said.....

i did get a ton of stuff on the clearance bins. i mean a ton of stuff. i could not believe all the stuff in there. i bought a cuttlebug mickey thingy only to get home and find out that i already have that one, so i promised my boys i'd take them out for supper if they took me to the other ACM so i could return it and see if they had the pooh cart, and they did not have it either. BUT i raided that clearance bin too! ooohhhh the deals!!!!!
so all in all not bad but still no POOH cart!!!!

check out the dollar bin @ M's..
they had disney princess & tink memo pads that are magnetic... and some other trinkets..and some were for 50 cents! LOL

i know kim, but they were just about giving the stuff away to me today. tons of stuff in the clearance bins. i really could not help myself.

i know buffy can you believe she said that. they did give me a raincheck so i'm counting on that. thanks. maybe i'll call them in the morning to see if they in fact did order it and i'll let ya know. thanks so much.

i know i was thinking the same thing... play date and what's up with buffy not wanting a pooh cart???? weird huh???? something is just not right with the world if she's turning down a cart at 50% off!

thanks for the offer lisa. i want to give them a call and see if they have in fact ordered it, and that way it will give me some time to save up the $ for it since i spent so much yesterday!!!!

Be sure to keep your raincheck in your wallet because I bet they'll never call you when it comes in, you'll probably just run into the cart in the store one day. I seriously don't think either ACM or Michael's know what the word "raincheck" means. I think they just fill them in, hand them out and then use their copies as scrap paper when we leave the store. I'm still waiting for a call for my Princess cart from ACM and my Animal Kingdom at M's. I picked them both up on my own. They just shake their heads when you ask them why you didn't get a call.

I totally agree. I got a raincheck for 12 x 12 mats when they were 40% off and never got called. I happened to walk into the store and they actually had some (a rare event) so I grabbed them. The woman asked me if I got called and I said no...she seemed surprised, but I wasn't. They didn't call for my raincheck on the Black Friday Expression bundle, either.

Took me from October to almost Christmas to get my Paper Dolls from Hobby Lobby with a raincheck.
They really did call me when it came in though, finally.

We don't have Hobby Lobby in NJ. I'm actually planning my return trip home from Disney (stopping by to visit family in AL on the way home) on a Monday morning opening of Hobby Lobby. From what I understand they carry House Mouse stamps ... something I can't get at ACM or M's.

The ACM where both Kim and I shop had literally nothing!!The Martha display was on a back wall, no hype at all, the clearance bins were nothing but junk (course I waited til today to go), and the store really offered no new scrapping stuff that I could see. It's the first time I've gone in and left without much- got my 12 x 24 Cricut mat for $8.00. Really glad I have supplies at home to keep me going - hope that they are just restocking and not cutting back. Caroline
