Attendance levels at Seaworld Orlando

New poster - hopefully I'm not breaking any guidelines.

Planning to take my family there - I've been in the past in Feb where I thought it was decently busy (not like summer, but still strong), was wondering how about now with the weather not being great and also possible protests (hopefully this has died down). I also know they are doing the bands brews bbq, but was wondering how busy the park generally is on a Saturday in February.

Not sure about crowd levels, but the "protests" were people standing in the median of the road leading to the parking lot, waving signs. A few dozen, at most, really easily ignored. Maybe a little rubbernecking by people, but they won't be in the park or anything, so you won't have to deal with them.

The crowd levels in February on a Saturday tend to pick up later in the day as it gets closer to concert time. The mornings are pretty easy going.

Was there this past Sunday and the crowds were not too bad. The longest line was for the new attraction Antartica. We never made it to the side of the park with the whales, my kids were too into the rides.


Went back today and the place was practically empty.

Yes because SW passes are affordable and lots of people get the fun passes where you pay for a day and get the whole year.

The concerts are worth the 1 day price though. They usually last 1-1 1/2 hours. All seats are good seats. Stadium overflows with people sitting on the grass around the lake for most of them.

Park is large and since most attractions are in stadiums that seat thousands, it never seems as crowded as a Disney park, but at prime season may not be able to get into a stadium 30 minutes before the show. During holidays and some days in the summer the lines for shows can go around the stadiums. Usually though the only lines are for the coasters and maybe food if you go during traditional lunch times or right after a show near that restaurant.
