Attemted pick pocket!

I think someone tried to pickpocket me this afternoon!

I went to HMV on the way to meet Gavin after work and on my way out a lady with a pram blocked my exit, while I was waiting for her to sort out whatever the problem was with her buggy another lady came up very close behind me and I felt my bag twitch.

I then turned around and walked back into the shop & left by a door further up. A few minutes later I saw both of these women walking with the pram yet in the shop the second woman gave no indication of knowing the one struggling with the pram.


I checked my bag and nothing is missing, I didnt report the women as I may have just been over reacting & they had long left the shop by the time I saw them again.

...but seriously, a lot of this does go on on a regular basis and its always better to be vigilant than sorry.

This is bad and why most of my stuff I carry in pockets and soforth have the clips as well .
I also tell DW to always keep zippers on purse to face (closed ) forwards that way when you get bumped yu will also feel the pull to open zipper.If it's the other way they will unzip as they bump and open right up.

It was good that you thought of this and checked everything right away most times by the time you find out it's to late.
