Attaching a picture or image

Hi there. Newbie here. I'm trying to attach a picture or image and wasn't able to do so. When I go to insert picture option, it ask me for a url to enter. ??? Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi - You have to save it to a website or server first. There is a photo section on our "information" portion of this website www.wdwinfo.com that you can upload to, or I use www.tinypic.com and choose message board. It makes it the right size to use on a message board automatically.
