Atmosphere @ Chef Mickey's for breakfast vs. dinner

We have a breakfast ADR @ Chef Mickey's for my son's birthday and was wondering how the atmosphere and experience compares to that for dinner. We did dinner last year and had our picture taken up front, had the napkin waving for birthdays, plus Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Chip, and Dale were all there. This year, nothing is available for dinner until after 7:00 so we decided to do breakfast. Can we expect to have the same experience we had for dinner?

Yep, they do the whole party at both meals---napkin twirling and that catchy "Celebrate" song and all! We love both meals.

Do they offer the picture at the beginning for breakfast as well?

We had breakfast there last week. It was very good. They do take your picture before you are seated. We saw Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald. We will definitely do this one again.
