With Atkins, you go through a 2 week induction phase, where you limit your carb intake pretty severely (20 or less a day). But after that, you can start VERY gradually adding back more carbs. So you just need to learn which fruits have the lowest carbs.
Most berries are the lowest in carbs....a 1/4 cup of strawberries has 2.7 grams of carbs (and you can have REAL whipped cream on them!). Bananas are bad....23.7 carbs in ONE small banana!
