Do you mean the DaVinci flavors? They are flavored syrups that are made with either sugar or with splenda. Another brand is Torani, often used to flavor coffee. I have gotten SF DaVinci flavors from the netrition website. Atkins also makes their own and are available where ever you find Atkin products locally. They come in a wide range of flavors.

Sunflower seeds, string cheese, nuts - macadamias have the best proportion of fat carb protein for low carb, leftover meats cold right out of the fridge (I often use my crock-pot).
