Has anyone tried Accel Dietary pills from atkins Core 4?

I am just wondering the effects and any side effects, if any. Did it help or work?

I would go to www.lowcarbfriends.com and do a search on their discussion boards on Accel. I looked there and alot of people started it but stopped because it made them shakey and their heart raced. Some still take it.
