Just got back from a short road trip and am gearing up to start Atkins. My plan is to start on Friday, so that if I feel bad DH can handle the kids. I wanted to see what foods you thought I should have on hand that would help me start induction, or any other 1st days of induction advice that might help me succeed.
I've NEVER been excited about going on a diet before. I usually dread it! However, after hearing all of your success stories on Atkins, I'm beginning to believe that losing 130lbs is no longer an impossibility for me. I was about to resign myself to a gastric bypass, but I'm giving Atkins a try first.
