I've been off Atkins for a month and can't seem to get back on. I think my biggest downfall is breakfast during induction. I have never been a breakfast person, and only when I found out I had low blood sugar did I start putting anything in my mouth before noon, which used to be a low fat fruit bar. But that is not allowed on induction. My thing is I am not that fond of eggs nor do I have time to make them. I know Atkins has their own breakfast bars....would it be a bad thing if I used them during induction and cut back on a vegtable serving to balance out the carb count? I think if I could get off to a good start in the morning, I would be less apt to cheat during the day. Thanks!!!
