Help! I'm freaking out. I'm at the end of my third week on Atkins and I've been doing induction religiously, or so I thought. I lost 5.5 lbs. the first two weeks (I only have 14 lbs. to go total - I've kept 40 lbs. off for 14 years) and this week I had a couple of Atkins lo-carb chocolate bars and the brownies b/c I was PMS. Could the artificial sweeteners be part of the problem? I still ate way less than I would have if I hadn't been doing the diet and everything I ate was Atkins-approved (and made by the company). I've gained 3 lbs. back! I've been walking every day but I'm so tired and now scared. Has anyone else had a gain like this and gotten passed it? Thanks for your help.
