Atkins friendly meals at Disneyland?

I used this board a lot when planning my Disneyworld trip last year, but am having a hard time finding the same great information for Disneyland.

Does anyone have any ideas they could share with me on eating Atkins-friendly options in Disneyland or California Adventure? I plan to eat breakfast at the hotel (low-carb granola and Atkins bars) but would like to primarily eat in the parks on the days I'm there. One meal (for sure) will be at Blue Bayou -- but I won't be having their famous Monte Christo sandwich.

I don't want to bring my own food to the parks.

Any ideas?

I don't have any first-hand Disneyland experience, but I'm sure wherever you go, you can order a burger (minus the bun) with a salad. Or for dinner you can find a steak, or chicken, or fish, and just hold the potato. I'm sure the restaurants there are as accomodating as WDW restaurants - they will be happy to give you a veggie or salad instead of potato!

Good luck! and Have a great time!

I'll bet our Kelsie will have some terrific advice for you.

I have no problem staying on plan at WDW, I imagine it is just as easy at Disneyland. Just avoid those refined carbohydrates and you will be fine.
