I hope by the time we go to WDW in February, I will have lost a little bit of weight and have more energy to take in all the magic!
Larry's girl, I've lost 30 pounds in the past six months, and have been on the treadmill most days, and it really helped me at Disneyworld! Those *long* walks seemed a lot shorter this time! I hope you have the same exeprience!
I recently tried some brand of low-carb milk, and didn't like it. I prefer unsweetened soymilk, which is hard to find in some areas but is quite low in carbs. Gooding's in the Crossroads shopping plaza has unsweetened soymilk but charges about 50% more than every other store where I've seen it (of course!)
Thanks for the info, Kay1! I didn't have a chance to try the no-sugar added ice cream at the American Pavillion, but I had some at AK and at Beaches & Cream and it was...OK. It's also fat-free, so it doesn't taste as good as low-carb ice cream with fat in it, and I suspect it has more carbs than low-carb ice cream with fat in it. But, it was better than nothing.
