ATD delivery times?

I ordered my 14 day ultimate tickets last Tuesday, and as yet they still haven't arrived, even though the money was taken immediately from my account.
I was going to ring them but thought I'd ask on here first if anyone knew a rough time frame for delivery? It says on the site that delivery would be within 7 days but I am sure I have heard of people getting their tickets the next day.

I got mine last year after 2 days, but did pay for the special delivery.
Bought them from onlineflorida.com this year and they came after 2 days on normal delivery - maybe give them a ring if it gets much later?

Are you having them delivered to Germany? Maybe that has caused a little bit of a holdup.

No, they are being sent to my mum's UK address...she is flying out soon and I figured it'd be easier for her to physically bring them over herself than chance the (very) hit and miss BFPO system!

Not strictly the same thing, but I booked our trip for next year with Disney a month ago and still haven't had my booking confirmation paperwork yet either,, same here they took the money immediately!
I've phoned them to see what's going on and they tell me it has been sent out, but that was a week ago and still nothing. Not really the kind of service I expect from Disney

ATD can be a bit hit and miss with delivery times, but on the whole they seem to be very good. They're a reputable company and I don't think you need to worry, but it may be worth giving them a call in case there's been some sort of hiccough in the system.

Thanks. I called them earlier and they are 'looking into it'. Sounded a bit ominous, but we'll see!
