Ok so you know when I said no more spending...yeah well M's was getting rid of a bunch of jewerly charms for 25and 50 cents and I went NUTS,I onlu spent like $10 but I got a bag full of stuff.
but I froze 2 of my Credit cards and cut up 2 and closed the accounts this weekend I am getting betting

Good for you cutting up ur cards. I only use my cards when I really have to. Doing LSumber Parties gives me my paychecks every week. But I haven't had a party in two weeks so I am suuuuuuper broke...

They do say 5-10 working days, its just the others have been really quick recently. But the PO I used is operating oout of temporary quarters while it rebuilds so it might slow things up I suppose.

Mazda, Canada is the same way. I got something from there in 4 days two weeks ago. But, have been waiting for something else that was sent over a week ago and it's still not here. They say it can take one to two weeks from there, too. I think it just depends....on what, I don't know....LOL!!

Michi, my ATC's are postal via priority mail today. Yay!!!!! You should get them, hopefully, on Thursday.

I enclosed a little baggie with a few clock hands with their brads like I said I would.

I also enclosed a note asking you to please re-use the box in which I sent the swaps. This is because my mail carrier will mutilate an envelope it they are returned in that, and this is just too much work and expense to have that happen...LOL!! I've never had a swap envelope arrive in good condition.

Two questions.... LOVE the adhesive mesh. Where do you find it? Does it come in rolls or what kind of packaging?

And, I've looked at my Michaels and they don't have an ATC stamp. Any ideas? I have a frame sort of stamp with lines. Will that work?

I used a kind of vintage kind of small frame stamp that fits the back of an ATC and just made categories for the info that I wrote on the back. You can find the ATC stamps at a lot of online stores. I wasn't sure how much I would use it when I first signed up for these. I have mainly done ATC's as part of swaps where you could choose your element and not soley as ATC swaps, so I didn't have one on hand. If you google rubber stamp online stores, you will find them at most. Oriental Trading Company also apparently has them.

The adhesive mesh (usually called Magic Mesh), I usually also get online because I can get it cheaper that way. If you go on Ebay to the scapbooking section and input it in the search engine, you will find a lot of sellers. Also, you can sometimes find it at local scrapbooking stores, but not any of the big box stores. Living in a larger metro area, I've found it at a couple of small shops but mostly online.

No worries MinnieGarden. Just go ahead & use the fram stamp you have & then fill it in nicely. it may be too late to order anything. If you decide ATC swaps are something you enjoy & would like to do more of, then I would say to get a stamp. Of course I want you to join my ATC swaps though.
I'm going to see if I can find some adhesive mesh too. But I think it would be just as easy if you got some mesh & put it through your Xyron(if you have one). Obviously it would be better to have the already done mesh, but hey, when we are desperate, we'll do anything right?

I've had stuff take the full 10 days before - so Friday - and others get there in 3. No rhyme or reason - I've had stuff tale longer to get to NY than Ca Now you know why I always get everything done and posted REALLY early

I got all my mesh at recollections before it closed and I've never seen it since....That makes me think though if I ran out where could I get it??? Damn I gotta look now.
