We are going in March and our kiddos will be 7 and 5 (he will turn 5 just days before we leave) and we decided against taking a stroller.
Last time we went they were 4 and 22 months and we HAD to take a double-stroller. It was necessary, but what a pain to lug it around!
We expect the kids will get tired, but are planning for it accordingly with lots of plans to take breaks by having snacks or catching one of the shows offered at the parks throughout the day.
I'm a serious runner (I'll be in training for a marathon during our March 2010 vacation) and I figure I'll have tired legs, too, since some mornings I'll be up to run up to 10 miles before we even leave for the parks for the day. I might need a stroller! LOL!
In all seriousness, though, my kids and I walk a lot. To school & back from our house is a mile on the nose and we walk that 2x a day. I'm going to make sure my kids have good quality tennis shoes to wear while we're at Disney.....that alone can make your feet feel 100% better.
