At SSR Currently

Just wanted to share that we are enjoying our second stay at SSR. Check in was efficient but not very friendly. They didn't show me the activity calendar so I found myself going to concierge for info. Enjoyed sunrise yoga. It is suggested you sign up in advance. Have enjoyed Paddock pool daily. Their pool.bar makes incredible drinks and DD likes their cheeseburgers. We like that we can see DD from any side of the pool and there are 2 lifeguards. We are in Carousel so non renovated room but we are comfortable. Our TV and remote is super duper slow. Look forward to more outlets in the new room. Happy to be here!

I attended for one morning of our last trip .. but only one, I'm afraid. I overslept on my first morning at the resort and missed a session. My excuse: I hadn't adjusted from West Coast timezone. LOL

How is the weather?

Some rain in the afternoon. But it was warm.enough the last two days for the pool thankfully. Now low 60s but this is great for the parks!
Had to request a mattress topper for DD on the sofa bed, which seemed to help.

Paddock bar should be legend. But is not because people poo poo Saratoga.

Paddock Pool Bar has one of the best burgers on property. Hidden Gem!!!

Along with the Hidden Gem theme, The Turf Club, (* which doesn't get much Love) Is also a true hidden Gem..Especially the Prime Rib... TBH I think it's one of the best values for the steaks on property... Especially the P.R.

Absolutely agree with Turf Club as well. Let it continue to be a hidden gem though, that means easy reservations for the rest of us.....LOL

Congress Park was just refurbished. They are now working on the "The Springs" I believe the Paddock area will be next.
