That is really frustrating. Have you tried calling Tech support directly instead of going through the resort/park CMs? The tech support number is: (407) 939-5277. Hope they fix this for you.
P.S. - Just curious, what type of tickets does your family have? Have you tried splitting your group into smaller groups?
I haven't called them directly. Mostly everyone in our group of 10 has APs, except 1 has 7 day PH.
