At parks since Sunday, problems booking FP from MDE and app

That is really frustrating. Have you tried calling Tech support directly instead of going through the resort/park CMs? The tech support number is: (407) 939-5277. Hope they fix this for you.

P.S. - Just curious, what type of tickets does your family have? Have you tried splitting your group into smaller groups?

I haven't called them directly. Mostly everyone in our group of 10 has APs, except 1 has 7 day PH.

Ah hah. I bet this is the culprit somehow. Linked accounts in MDE are the.worse!
So many questions that this brings up
Is the 1 single ticket holder a new person?
Have they ever had an MDE account before?
Do they have their own now?
Or are they included as a member of one of the AP holders?
So you are dealing with what is actually 10 separate MDE accounts all linked together?
Can any of the 10 make a FP for themselves if they tried, just a single?

Is the 1 single ticket holder a new person? No. It's my adult DD who hasn't been in a while, she is on the resort reservation, and I manage her account.
Have they ever had an MDE account before? Yes, the one I created that still exists and manage.
Do they have their own now? No.
Or are they included as a member of one of the AP holders? Not AP. 7 day PH.
So you are dealing with what is actually 10 separate MDE accounts all linked together? 3 of them I set up and manage, the others are friends and family.
Can any of the 10 make a FP for themselves if they tried, just a single? 4 of them tried but got same error, my DH whose acct I manage and my BIL and SIL , who manage their own accounts, and my MIL who manages her own acct.
 

Today at MK was the first day DH and I tried to use a kiosk for 4th FP and guess what? Got an error message on 2 different kiosks: "an unexpected error message occured while processing...see a cast member ". I know the kiosk worked because people were using it before us. Ugh.
 
Our party of 5 was there 2/24-3/1. I made all reservations and FPs for entire party. All good until we redeemed vouchers for annual passes. Account shows 5 people for each FP but when trying to modify only four people show to be modified. Spent over a half hour Monday night with Guest Relations at MK. They finally called tech department and they assure us it will be resolved by morning. Next morning nothing has changed. I went to the front desk at my resort. More than 2 hours and five cast members later (last one management) nothing in the app was corrected but we had enough All experience Fp’s to enjoy our remaining trip. Disney website and app technology is crap. Be persistent. They have forced their substandard technology on us. Disney has become an incredibly expensive destination and they need to provide what they promised.

I'm sorry to hear you also had some problems, the repeated visits to GR really ends up impacting enjoyment of vacation time.

Our issues got worse today, we couldn't modify ANY of DH FP either from MDE, Google chrome, Safari, or uninstalling/ reinstalling app.
We were at MK and went to a GR manager at the Tomorrowland kiosk. Within 5 minutes he had both DH and myself loaded up with 3 ANYTIME+ FP for EACH day of the remaining days of our vacation (all other fam has left and it's just us two now). I finally feel really happy about how he provided these for our situation , and feel like I can relax now as I won't have to go back to GR for daily FP help. Thanks everyone for their input and suggestions and support!!
