has anyone heard of any at par discounts coming for WDW?

It has been a long while since WDW offered Disney-at-Par for Canucks. Check out Mousesavers.com for other current offers available.

The last at par deal came out at the end of October/beginning of November 2004. It was for Dream Maker packages priced at par and had to be paid for with your VISA card for dates from January 2 through April 16. You had to book by Dec. 1/04.

We went in March2005 and if I recall correctly, the available to anyone general code and the AP code were both better than the Cdn at Par deal. We originally booked on the general code because it was better than the Cdn code then switched it to AP code.

As the previous posters stated, the general codes that have been coming out are better than the At-Par codes of the past. Plus, you need to remember that the At-Par rates weren't truly at-par, but approximately a 30% discount. With our dollar doing so well lately, there is no need for Disney to offer At-Par rates when tons of Canadians are going to WDW. During March Break a few weeks ago, I swear that our entire province of Ontario was in WDW!
