Maybe they're still catching up from covid (or someone is out sick). I know Olivia's has a bit of a cult following, but we find it just average at best in terms of food quality. Unless we're staying there, we wouldn't eat there. And even when we stay there, it's only a last resort.

We noticed when staying at OKW a few weeks ago that they were not very full yet not taking any walkups. I think it must be a staffing issue. Went to IHOP for breakfast instead.

Yes, and when we were at OKW a few weeks ago, Mobile Order at Olivia's was often "suspended" (for an hour or 1/2 hour) throughout the evening, then when you could Mobile Order, items would be missing from the order. Yet Olivia's itself didn't appear busy.
