At OKW now. Car or Disney bus to go to Animal Kingdom?

Staying at OKW right now. Looking to go to Animal Kingdom tomorrow. Probably won't be able to get up early enough for EMH (7 AM) but hopefully aim to be there in the 730-800 AM range.

I know OKW is big, but not sure how the Disney buses pick up guests in the resort. We're staying right beside Hospitality House so would be catching the bus right at the bus stop there.

How long does it take to take Disney transportation to OKW's Hospitaliity House to go to Animal Kingdom? Will the buses go all around OKW before leaving for Animal Kingdom? Or even worse, will the buses be full of passengers picked up from elsewhere within OKW before arriving at Hospitality house?

We do have a car but I'd prefer not to drive if the buses won't take too much longer.

The Hospitality House is the last stop so it will go straight to the park from there. The disadvantage is there may not be seats left. I personally always drive to AK.

South Point
Turtle Pond
Miller Road

Taking your own car to AK will always be quicker since it leaves exactly when you want to go. No waiting on the return trip either.

When we stay at OKW (often) and have a car (mostly) we drive to all the parks except for the MK, where taking the bus works better because it drops you off right at the park.

We always drive. It's one less line to wait in.
Parking at AK isn't bad. We usually walk from the car to the entrance.
