I don't know if it was the rain but the park was barely crowded at all! There were some crowds (some 80+ minute waits) but it didn't phase us at all and it was great! Definitely pleasantly surprised especially being the first New Year's Eve Eve here and expected capacity crowds!

We were at Epcot today. We didn't find it too crowded there either.

We were at HS and it was packed. We still had a lot of fun.

I was surprised by the light crowds yesterday. We've been to the Magic Kingdom in a crowd-level "8" day in the summer, and the crowds yesterday seemed lighter in comparison. They were doing a lot more to control the crowds, but there just didn't seem to be that many people around. We completed 12 attractions before our 11:30 a.m. lunch reservation and didn't even feel rushed.
